Interactive Geology Exhibits

Flutter & Wow created a suite of interactive exhibits all about Wyoming’s unique prehistory and geologic features for the Wyoming State Museum’s Prehistoric Wyoming gallery in Cheyenne, WY. The electronic game, Wyoming Through Time, allows visitors to travel back millions of years to learn all about the formation of Wyoming’s unique flora and fauna. Build-A-Dino is a low-tech magnetic game where visitors create their own species of dinosaur; Mountain Maker and The Rock Cycle use simple interactive elements to teach visitors how the great mountains of Wyoming were formed, and how Wyoming’s unique rocks are created.

The Erosion Quiz tests guest’s knowledge about how different forces of erosion created some of Wyoming’s most beautiful landscapes; and Yellowstone Supervolcano is all about the amazingly unique, one-of-a-kind geologic features found in Yellowstone National Park.

Wyoming State Museum’s Prehistoric Wyoming gallery has something for learners of all ages, interests, and abilities.
