Our Philosophy


Jason Jay Stevens

Jason Jay Stevens

Principal, Designer, Manager, Builder

Jason is a lifelong practitioner of exhibit design, interpretation, and art. Following two decades of stints in science and art museums, exhibit and specialty fabrication firms, he founded Flutter & Wow so he can pursue his interest in building agile teams of creative and smart people to do unique and high quality work, and to indulge in his love for content, conceptual planning, visitor engagement, and straight-up cleverness. He teaches courses in exhibit and environmental design at Lawrence Technological University, and has written about the history and practice of exhibit design. He currently sits on the Board of the National Association for Museum Exhibition.


Meghan Sullivan

Designer, Manager

Meghan’s professional background is in marketing and project management, but she has always had a great love for art and design. She holds a Master’s Degree in Cultural Anthropology from Michigan State University and undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Business.

Leslie Raymond

Leslie Raymond

Manager

Leslie is an award-winning video and film artist, and the Executive Director of the Ann Arbor Film Festival. A graduate of the University of Michigan and Rhode Island School of Design, Leslie and Jason met in 1999, and began producing multimedia installations and performances together as Potter-Belmar Labs. Leslie consults and works on some media projects for Flutter & Wow.

Cashmere Morley

Designer

Cashmere is an award-winning graphic designer and writer, self-proclaimed tea enthusiast, bookworm, video game slayer, and art appreciator. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Michigan University, where she double majored in Graphic Design and Communications. Her work has been featured nationally as well as statewide and locally.


Evan Vollick-Offer

Builder

Evan is currently an undergrad at the University of Michigan where he is focusing on Industrial Design, Graphic Design and Computer Science.  School has evoked Evan’s passion for design, but also a love for making and crafting.  Evan is always down for a road trip, especially if involves a mountain bike or a pair of skis.
